At Walkaroo Footwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
